SIMCenter is supported by Engineering Technology Services (ETS). You can report problems through their site at

To request software or hardware please use the SIMCenter online request form below.

If you need to reach a Service Desk Representative during business hours you can call (614) 688-2828.

Tickets are monitored daily until 10:00 pm, but only emergencies are addressed after business hours.

Business Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00 am - 5:00 pm.

To help streamline resource requests from our affiliated faculty we've created an  online request form.

You can use this for:

  • software
  • hardware/equipment
  • storage limit issues
  • assistance from SIMCenter research staff
  • initiating new SIMCenter/OSC accounts
  • requesting space within SIMCenter
