SIMCenter is supported by Engineering Technology Services (ETS). You can report problems through their site at go.osu.edu/ets.

If you need to reach a Service Desk Representative during business hours you can call (614) 688-2828.
Tickets are monitored daily until 10:00 pm, but only emergencies are addressed after business hours.
Business Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00 am - 5:00 pm.
To help streamline resource requests from our affiliated faculty we've created an online request form.
You can use this for:
- storage limit issues
- assistance from SIMCenter research staff
- initiating new SIMCenter/OSC accounts
- requesting space within SIMCenter
