Center IT Support

SIMCenter is supported by Engineering Technology Services (ETS). You can report problems or make requests through their site at go.osu.edu/ets.

 

If you need to reach a Service Desk Representative during business hours you can call (614) 688-2828.

Tickets are monitored daily until 10:00 pm, but only emergencies are addressed after business hours.

 

Business Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00 am - 5:00 pm.
