SIMCenter is supported by Engineering Technology Services (ETS). You can report problems through their site at go.osu.edu/ets.

If you need to reach a Service Desk Representative during business hours, you can call (614) 688-2828.

Tickets are monitored daily until 10 p.m., but only emergencies are addressed after business hours.

Business Hours: Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
